Having a little trouble finding the redemption certificate and instructions on obtaining the Gold Pass for Vegas?

Is the certificate actually a part of the book? And what about redemption time. I was getting ready to order, then saw that the estimated delivery date was Aug 31, and read that the certificate had to be redeemed by Aug 31.
Yes, the certificate is part of the book. The last page actually. It must be redeemed by 8/31 online or via postal mail
